1. Who we are
WIVELY is a service for creating and sending personalized digital gifts. Questions about your data: wiveliapp@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
Account data (email, password in hashed form, name); content you create (gift texts, photos, videos, voice messages, names of recipients); Telegram chat identifier and username when you connect the WIVELY bot; technical data (language, device, approximate location) and, if you accept optional cookies, analytics data; order and payment status.
3. Why we use it
To create your account, build and deliver your gifts, send notifications through the bot, process payments, keep the service secure, provide support and — with your consent — improve WIVELY through analytics.
4. Legal basis
Performance of our contract with you, your consent (for optional cookies and analytics), our legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention, and legal obligations (for example accounting).
5. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
6. Who receives your data
Service providers that run WIVELY: database and authentication hosting (Supabase), website hosting (Vercel), Telegram (for bot messages), Google (analytics, only with your consent) and payment providers. Recipients of a gift see the content you choose to share with them. We do not sell your data.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA, with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
While your account is active. After you delete your account we remove your personal data, except what we must keep by law (for example payment records).
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to wiveliapp@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
WIVELY is not intended for people under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Important changes will be announced on the site.
